It is with an overflowing heart that I welcome you to Flow Yoga.

My name is Jess, owner, and creator of Flow Yoga Wellness Studio. It is an honor to accompany you on your wellness journey, and I hope our offerings at Flow Yoga serve to elevate your mind, body, and spirit.


It is my intention to express my devotion to communal wellbeing and connection through Flow Yoga. Our offerings seek to provide the community with accessible, and uplifting practices, in a safe and supportive setting, which encourage wellness, self- expression, growth, and healing. I am experienced serving the community as both a yoga teacher and as a nurse. I approach our offerings through both lenses to create mindful, heart led practices which prioritize functional movement and breathwork. Our offerings are an invitation to create strength and ease in the mind and body, and to hold space as you find your flow.


Above all, it is my desire for all practitioners, regardless of age, experience level, or any factors perceived as limiting, to feel at home at flow yoga. Adjustments and modifications are offered during class to ensure a supportive and accessible experience. The poses and sequences are guides, the props are optional. Come as you are, take what you need, and leave what is no longer serving your highest good. It is truly a privilege to practice alongside you.
